Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over. Employees of ReservAway, its affiliates, immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are not eligible to enter. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter the competition, participants must:

Take a photo or video (including Reels) that clearly includes the Raffy mascot (either physical or digital).

Post the content publicly on either Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

Tag @ReservAway in the post or caption.

Use the hashtags #RaffyontheRun and #ReservAway.

Instagram Reels and TikTok videos are encouraged — the most creative reels may be collaborated with ReservAway

Ensure each post is unique — duplicate or near-identical posts will not be counted as separate entries.

There is no limit to the number of entries. The more you post, the higher your chances of winning.

3. Entry Period

The competition opens on 1st June 2025 and closes at 30th September 2025. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be chosen at random via a draw and announced on a instagram post/story.

Winner will also be notified via Direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a replacement winner will be selected.

5. The Prize

The prize is £500, which can be awarded either via bank transfer, PayPal, or As £500 in ReservAway holiday credit (non-transferable, must be used within 12 months). No alternative prizes or substitutions will be offered, except at ReservAway’s discretion.

6. Usage Rights & Consent

By entering the competition, you grant ReservAway a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, repost, and share your submitted content on any digital or print platform. This includes, but is not limited to, use in social media, marketing materials, emails, and website content. Any collaboration on Reels or reposts will include credit to the original creator where platform functionality allows.

7. Content Guidelines

All entries must comply with community guidelines of the platform used (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).

Entries must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful material.

ReservAway reserves the right to remove any entries deemed unsuitable or not in the spirit of the campaign.

8. General Conditions

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

ReservAway reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

Any changes to the competition will be communicated via @ReservAway’s social media accounts.The promoter is ReservAway.com Ltd, registered in the UK.

9. Data Protection
